We have a new Junior Coach and with that an update on our 2016/17 summer Junior Programme.

- Safety in the water
- Open water swimming skills
- Open water racing skills
- Safety on the road
- Road rules
- Learning to ride safely in a pack
- Fundamental bike skills
- Basic running drills
The focus post-Christmas will be on coaching and solid training for local and national school races.
For those who are only training one or two times per week, it's best to my a junior concession card. Details for training payments are on the Fit For Fun website.
We will have one or two university students to assist with junior training on Saturdays, but we always appreciate extra parent help, especially having an extra parent to sit at the back of the pack as "safety."
